All About Me

I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My work is grounded in practical, real-life solutions that honor your lived experience—while drawing on the powerful connection between the brain, body, and behavior.

I bring a down-to-earth, encouraging approach to therapy, helping clients focus on gratitude, shift perspectives, and identify their strengths. I believe that meaningful change happens when we start noticing what’s working and build from there.

My journey began as a Social Worker in foster care, where I supported foster parents in building parenting skills and helped children navigate the emotional impact of trauma and transition. That experience deepened my belief in the resilience of the human spirit—and the importance of creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

Today, my work is shaped by neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based strategies that support long-lasting change. I love exploring how the brain and body are connected and bringing that insight into our work—whether we’re managing anxiety, healing old wounds, or creating new, healthier patterns.

One of the things I love most is teaching. I aim to break down complex ideas into simple, usable tools that help clients grow between sessions. My goal is for you to leave each session not just understood—but equipped, hopeful, and more connected to your inner resources.

If you're ready to shift old patterns, rediscover your strengths, and create meaningful change, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.

Taking that first step toward therapy can feel intimidating—but it’s also a powerful act of self-care.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship struggles, you're not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone. I'm here to provide a safe, supportive space where we’ll work together to understand your goals and create realistic, effective strategies that lead to meaningful change.
